rates and reservation at Villa Paola B&B in Rome

These are the rates we apply at Villa Paola Bed & Breakfast in Rome. They are not intended per person but per room, per night and an Italian breakfast is included. Please note that we do not have single rooms but we can offer single rate occupancy. A discount of 5 % on the total cost will be offered to those who wish to send full payment in advance.

For the room reservation a deposit is required. Unfortunately we do not have credit cards. We accept personal checks, postal money orders and travel checks. We can accept bank transfers, bank drafts and money orders or cashiers' checks in euro. From USA residents we accept also cashiers' checks, bank drafts or money orders in USD. From UK residents we accept cashiers' checks or personal checks in Pound sterlings. In order to cover our bank fees for conversion of foreign bank checks, an extra total cost of 10 euro is required together with the balance upon arrival.

Total refund (minus a fixed fee of 25 euro) only with notice of minimum 30 days.
Postal expenses will be retained. Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by e-mail at least 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.

No refund if reservation is cancelled 30 days or less, prior to arrival or for any changes made onsite. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS AFTER ARRIVAL.

No additional costs are to be applied to the daily rates of Villa Paola Bed & Breakfast in rome. Only a total of 15 euro is required for service and final cleaning on the overall cost of the stay. We remind guests that the room is cleaned weekly, not daily.

GUESTS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO EMAIL US THEIR ARRIVAL TIME IN ADVANCE

We arrange comfortable airport pick up service
also for late arrivals or very early departures

Important note: We suggest our guests the use of our airport pick up service at a cost of 60 euro for two people. Those who are scheduled to arrive at the airport later than 9.30 pm are kindly invited to request us in advance our convenient airport pick up service for a safe and comfortable check-in
